At KMethod360 we aim to provide the highest standard of accent reduction training and voice development for all people.
Our mission statement is to help as many people as possible across the globe to become a clear speaker without their accent and also help people to empower their voices for life long transformations.
About Tom
Tom Ra’s background experience has always been in the vocal arts. Tom holds a Bachelor of Music in (Voice) from the Australian International Conservatorium of Music (now the Academy of Music & Performing Arts) graduating in 2015. Tom has been trained in voice under the tuition of veteran industry experts including Pat H. Wilson and Shannon Brown (formerly of the Ten Tenors) aswell as other highly respected voice teachers, speech pathologists and dialect coaches. Tom became certified in instructing accent reduction in 2018 under the tuition of K Method’s original founder Andy Krieger with full recommendations. Furthermore Tom is a Certified Speaking Professional (as recognized by the Professional Speakers Academy) who also develops aspiring speakers and voice users from beginner to advanced. Additionally Tom is also fully certified by the Excellence Academy as an NLP Coach, Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Hypnosis and Time-Line Therapy which all assist to get clients accelerated results.
However, in the early beginning years of his journey Tom originally struggled extremely with developing his voice and speaking skills going through years of pain, mistakes and frustration. After going through a huge range of coaches, programs, training materials then field-testing and trial and error Tom was able to innovate techniques to dramatically transform his voice and speaking skills.
Tom provides a holistic approach to vocal training drawing from many different systems and styles. This is by utilizing modalities and techniques from Modern Vocal Pedagogy, Voice & Performance Psychology, K Method, Classical Technique, Phonetics, Phonology, Speech Pathology, NLP, Hypnosis plus much more. The ultimate aim is to give you all the specific custom training you need to get the results you want whether it’s voice, accent reduction or speaking transformation in record time!

Andy Krieger is the original founder and creator of K Method. Andy developed the K Method system while working for the local actor’s union help Canadian actors speak without their accent and technique. He received his degree from Stanford University and has instructed over 10,000 students both in North America and internationally. Andy is well-known for instructing international actresses Crystal Liu Yifei and Li Bingbing during the production of The Forbidden Kingdom (2008)
Pat H. Wilson has been training aspiring singers and voice-users for over 3 decades. Pat holds a Master of Applied Science (Interdisciplinary Singing Research) and Certificate In Singing Pedagogy. Pat has taught voice for the University of Western Sydney and Actor’s College of Theatre and. Additionally, Pat is a highly regarded conference keynote speaker and presenter who runs masterclasses on vocal technique and performance. It’s notable to mention, Pat also belongs to the Performing Union, MEAA – Actor’s Equity, the Australian National Association of Teachers of Singing (ANATS) and the Australian Voice Association.
Shannon Brown is formerly of the critically and commercially acclaimed “The Ten Tenors”. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Music from the Australian Guild of Music. Shannon has had extensive and illustrious experience in showmanship, musical directing and live performance from touring both nationally and internationally. Shannon Brown has previously vocal coached students at the Australian International Conservatorium of Music helping them to achieve greater levels of technical expertise in their voice and performance.
Terms & Conditions
Any coaching session or training cancelled by a client less than 2 business days before to the agreed time is forfeited and payment will still have to be made in full.
Being late to sessions, we are not able to offer extension to your lesson time to the original arrangement in circumstance of your late arrival. Granting extensions would create scheduling issues for other clients.
If after a first session whether a single session or in a package, if the client truly feels they have not benefited from the first session a full refund can be negotiated. After you receive a refund it is generally recommended to not seek out KMethod360 for further services.
All online sessions and private coaching are generally recorded for quality and training purposes. Recorded sessions of clients will never be shared or shown to others without direct permission and granting consent of the client.
All payments must be made prior to the commencement of any session or package.
